How the dream became reality
Acquisition: Securing property of this calibre means acting early and decisively. The entire 32nd floor was acquired off plan in 2016, a full seven years before the actual development could begin, but which has seen a value increase of 30-40% on the purchase price in that time.
Design phase: Design work commenced in 2021, allowing for a full two year process to visualise and craft every element to perfection.
This has encompassed the architectural and interior design, including bespoke furniture, the joinery for which has bespoke-built in our local Dubai factory, designed by our team.
2023 sees the final few months of activity, with the apartments now undergoing their final interior build for completion, on schedule, by November 2023.
